About Marc

Marc Nagel is General Counsel for Dorman Trading LLC, a clearing FCM. For the past 10 years he has been the Chief Operating officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Dorman.  Prior to joining Dorman in 2004, Mr. Nagel, a licensed attorney and CPA, traded futures and options on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) floor and arbitraged interest rates electronically at the CBOT.  At Dorman, Mr. Nagel has been responsible for all compliance matters in addition to operational issues and exchange relationships. He has also been responsible for developing new market initiatives for Dorman.
He is on the Futures Commission Merchant Advisory Committee of the National Futures Association and the Nominating Committee of National Futures Association. In addition Mr. Nagel serves on the advisory boards of the Commodity Customer Coalition and the CTA Expo.Mr. Nagel has served on the Futures and Derivatives Conference Advisory Board of the IIT- Chicago Kent College of Law for the past 4 years and been a speaker at the Conference the past three years.
